At Fixupgenix, we stand behind the quality of our tools. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make things right.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date if:

The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition
You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
The item is not listed as Final Sale or Non-Returnable (see Section 6)

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please:

Contact our customer support at support@fixupgenix.com with your order number
Provide a brief explanation and photos if the item is damaged or defective
Wait for return approval and shipping instructions

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

3. Exchanges

Need a different size, variation, or replacement?

For other exchanges, you may be responsible for return shipping costs
Contact our support team to start the exchange process

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

We’ll notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable

5. Return Shipping

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong product
We recommend using a trackable shipping method—we are not responsible for lost return shipments

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Custom or special-order tools
Used or damaged tools (unless defective upon arrival)
Clearance items marked Final Sale
Gift cards

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll offer a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the issue.
